I'm a happy artist living in the N. California Delta, trying to navigate life with an art-based business. When I started painting I painted solely on wine glasses, and later on wine bottles. Why drink wine from a plain glass when you could enjoy your wine from a working piece of art? But after a few years I found myself drawn to paint on canvas when I discovered all the things that could be made from my original paintings. So now I fancy tote bags and zippered pouches as my new form of functional art.
